It’s a pleasant location and convenient to my destination. It’s 3 mins from the centre of town . Plenty of parking and the staff are very pleasant and helpful. .

The food was delicious but the portion s sizes very too big ! Perhaps an option of smaller portions would be great.!

Staff were lovely. Food was amazing and it was in a good location for us

Bed was very uncomfortable Bathroom needs updating as having to climb into bath to use shower was dangerous and impossible to keep floor from getting wet even with shower curtain which kept clinging to our skin

L'hotel est très bien ainsi que le restaurant. Chambre très confortable avec un petit coin salon bien pratique et un lit spacieux et. agréable

L'hôtel est un peu excentré du centre ville et oblige à se déplacer en transports en communs.

Receptionist was friendly and helpful, check in was so fast. Room was lovely and clean. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful, good was good. No complaints

Location was ideal for thommond Park and nice walk into city centre, bedroom was clean and comfortable. All staff were lovely from reception staff to restaurant/bar staff

The bed was so comfortable and staff very pleasant. The only down side was that food wasn't served a little later in the evening as we arrived a little later from Dublin via train.

Attended a concert in Thomand park, hotel in perfect location, in walking distance to Park

The staff were great and friendly. 15 min walk to Thomond park which was very handy.

We got a very hot room and couldn't open the window to cool ddown because right outside was the exhaust airvent from the kitchen. It was very loud and smelled of frying fat.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I loved that contrary to the homey and elegant feel the exterior and rooms give, the bathroom was completely and newly renovated. The twin room had a bluetooth mirror and a large shower. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, so much so I was a bit shocked. The price is well worth the comfort and experience.

There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor so there was music playing till late 11pm but unless you're very sensitive to a little music it really isn't a bother.
