Parking is subject to availability.
Check in time is from 2.00 pm Check out time is 11.30 am on Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) Check out time is 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays
Please let us know if you will be checking in after 9 pm.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 11.30 am. Lunch, Dinner and Evening meals are served from 12.00 noon until 8.30 pm (Mon to Sat) and 12.00 noon until 8.00 pm (Sunday)
We advise all guests who wish to dine with us to book a table in advance of their stay, call us at 061 453022 or email us at info@woodfield.ie
Our policy at the hotel is payment on arrival but we may take payments 24 hours prior to arrival.
We do not offer room service or charges to the room.
We do not accept cash payments for the bedroom reservations.
ID is required for all guests.
We security check, validate cards and we may also preauthorise cards provided by you, for your reservation prior to arrival.
We may ask for a deposit while you stay with us.
Please ensure your details are correct and updated to avoid cancellation.
Our hotel policies are currently under review, we will advise you of any changes, updates or new policies that will come into effect.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours of the arrival date are subject to first nights’ accommodation being charged. The Woodfield House Hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation should circumstances dictate. We do not accept cancellations over the phone. We must receive an email stating that you wish to cancel your room or use the online platform that you used to book with us. i.e. booking.com, Expedia etc (Cancellation Policy is subject to change, guests will be notified in the event this happens)
Non-Smoking Policy: Please be advised that the rooms in The Woodfield House Hotel are strictly No Smoking and No Vaping. There is a smoking area to the front of the hotel. If you smoke or vape in your room a deep cleaning charge will be added to your bill. The amount charged will be determined by the management team.
All of the above information is subject to change depending on factors such as events taking place in the area, at the hotel or any policy changes that are made etc.., we will send an amended information email if any changes are made.
