The service from the reception staff and the pub was excellent: very helpful and attentive at all times.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The hotel is generally in very old condition, and both the bathroom and bedroom were very, very small. There was barely enough room to put our suitcases and move around the room. Although clean, the room for three that we occupied would be considered a single room by today's standards.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Room was warm, spacious and tidy. Great location on the side of the main road.

Inadequate plug in oil filled heater in the bedroom & no heating in the en-suite which was freezing. Why is the radiator in the bedroom not working. I stayed in the adjacent room 12 months ago & the same issue

I have stayed here before. the rates are reasonable, the bar food is good, there is parking out the back for a big van and all the staff are lovely.

the view from room 215. :) also the small telly. a bigger wall mounted one would be great.

I loved my stay here, my room was so cute and I really enjoyed the old school charm of it. The staff were so wonderfully helpful, and I was able to store my bag early before check in for several hours while I explored Limerick City. Very thankful for that! Convenient location, right next to a bus stop for the 343 that goes into Limerick, driving between the Shannon Airport and Limerick Colbert train station.

The shower was confusing, I could only get it scalding or freezing for the longest time.

There was parking around the back for my car. It is very close (15 to 20 min walk) to Thomond Park where I was going to a Munster match. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good and there was a good choice.
