What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
We got a very hot room and couldn't open the window to cool ddown because right outside was the exhaust airvent from the kitchen. It was very loud and smelled of frying fat.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I loved that contrary to the homey and elegant feel the exterior and rooms give, the bathroom was completely and newly renovated. The twin room had a bluetooth mirror and a large shower. The bed was also incredibly comfortable, so much so I was a bit shocked. The price is well worth the comfort and experience.

There is a restaurant and bar on the ground floor so there was music playing till late 11pm but unless you're very sensitive to a little music it really isn't a bother.

Room was clean.

Room was directly above the bar, found it very difficult to sleep until it started to get quiet around 1:30am. Tv remote was also not working well, the arrow buttons were damaged making it very difficult to work the tv. Bed and pillows were pretty hard and one of the bedside lamps had a horrible white light bulb. Overall not worth the €179 I paid for a single night.

The room was clean and tidy and I had a great sleep.

Good location, helpful staff. Charming old time atmosphere, good breakfast.

Bed mattresses were sagging and awful, need to be replaced immediately. Our backs hurt in the morning. Noise from bar kept us awake. Few working electrical outlets.

The location to the Limerick Tennis Club was superb. Parking available. Room very nice.

Friendly, courteous and professional staff. Room was great- like the updated bathroom. Great bar food, lovely atmosphere.

The room and the breakfast were lovely, and the reception staff were very accommodating in allowing me to drop off my bag early and leaving it to be picked up later on the day I checked out. That really was greatly appreciated.

Staff were very supportive, especially the Bar man when we cane back very late ,from offering our condolence with a grieving family that involved queuing with over 2000 people over a 6 hour period to offer our condolence. Even though all food provisions had ended, he provided us with a sandwich and a pint of Guinness . It was much appreciated.

There was nothing that we did not like , from the room to the very tasty breakfast in the morning.

Guinness was OK but not great, it annoys me when pint gets pulled in one go
