Staff were excellent, it was very busy with a concert, the staff ensured everyone got something to eat. Lovely atmosphere and a nice breakfast too. Great location for events in Gaelic grounds or Thormond Park
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Shower was difficult to get to a nice temperature because of the two knobs, hot and cold. One knob for temperature would be ideal

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
Most of the staff were lovely, kind and helpful. The food was decent and the best hotel cooked breakfast that we've had in a long time, The hotel is an old fashioned establishment which adds to it's charm, clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor areas. Parking at side and back. The hotel receptionist is brilliant, she did all she could to accommodate our groups needs, Thank you so much

One older bar supervisor or manager seems to make it up as he goes regarding how to treat customers. No lift or ground floor rooms, steep stairs might not be suitable for. some guests.

The bed was hard, matress was a little sunk in the middle. That's the only minus to our stay

Walking distance into the attractions of Limerick. The hotel was lovely we enjoyed our meal and beverages. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We had an issue with booking through the hotel website. The room we were given was small and it was above the kitchen, view from window onto roof and noise from the kitchen exhaust fan. As we couldn’t be moved we were offered as an act of good faith we were told our breakfast cost would be reimbursed.

The only downside was the room. But it was warm and comfortable.

Nice clean and well kept hotel. Not too far from city centre, but a bit more affordable than hotels located in the city.

The hosts were so welcoming when we arrived jet lagged way before our room was ready -- we really appreciated the hospitality (and breakfast!) after a long flight! And the room was great as well.

Ideal location for a GAA match in TUS Gaelic Grounds Early check in was nice Nice staff and breakfast the morning after
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
Parking restrictions from 11am on match day for a 6pm throw in - Not ideal when travelling . Road closers from 2pm . No food in hotel post match in the hotel - Feel that something should be in place for guests staying in the hotel.( even a limited menu) Totally get that there is a big match happening across the road but felt that hotel guest was 2nd fiddle to other activities around the hotel on the day. Still serving drink in cans up to midnight.... Again not the experience that we were expecting staying in a hotel at premium rates for a Saturday night .

Excellent stay, the receptionist was very kind in allowing me to park my car the following day to attend a family funeral so thank you so much, it was really appreciated.

I liked the location and the place in general. The breakfast was great. And the woman at the reception was really helpful and kind to us.

I had booked the wrong dates but when I arrived the concierge was very friendly and helpful. He was able to give me the same type of room with no extra cost. Made us feel very welcome
