What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
I loved my stay here, my room was so cute and I really enjoyed the old school charm of it. The staff were so wonderfully helpful, and I was able to store my bag early before check in for several hours while I explored Limerick City. Very thankful for that! Convenient location, right next to a bus stop for the 343 that goes into Limerick, driving between the Shannon Airport and Limerick Colbert train station.
What did you not like about your stay in the property or location?
The shower was confusing, I could only get it scalding or freezing for the longest time.

What did you like about your stay in the property or location?
There was parking around the back for my car. It is very close (15 to 20 min walk) to Thomond Park where I was going to a Munster match. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff in the bar and at breakfast were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was very good and there was a good choice.

Lovely staff, great food, i made a minor complaint and received wonderful receptive and prompt response. Would stay again!

Whilst the rooms are dated, they are spotless. One to add to your list, would be conditioner as well as Shampoo. Staff were super helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was very good. Lovely to have some bacon and sausages with some flavour.

Room 209 should not be used as a hotel room. We accepted that the room would be compact, and that was not a problem. However, the room looks out over a roof (kitchen) and there is large extractor ducting outside the window. We couldn’t open our window due to the noise. When the extractors were turned off, we couldn’t open the window because of the kitchen smell. The extractors came on between 6:30 to 6:45 am. All we wanted was a peaceful night sleep. We didn’t get that, the room was stuffy (because of lack of ventilation), and we were woken earlier than we wanted. All in all, not a good experience. Certainly not value for money.

The room was very worm and the window couldn't be opened because it was in a courtyard with a bad smell

The hotel was spotless and clean. The food for breakfast and in general is first class. I have stayed at this hotel on 3 occasions and will do again. BETTER than most 4 to 5 star hotels.

Staff were excellent, it was very busy with a concert, the staff ensured everyone got something to eat. Lovely atmosphere and a nice breakfast too. Great location for events in Gaelic grounds or Thormond Park

Shower was difficult to get to a nice temperature because of the two knobs, hot and cold. One knob for temperature would be ideal
