I had booked the wrong dates but when I arrived the concierge was very friendly and helpful. He was able to give me the same type of room with no extra cost. Made us feel very welcome

It is in an excellent location, convenient to town and suburbs.

Food and drink in the bar was excellent and very well priced. Rooms are warms and clean

I have stayed a few times at your location and will continue to do so when I am in town. Overall I would say that the rooms could do with an overhaul as they are quite dated, but clean, dry, warm and comfortable, and I will certainly be back. Showers can be hit and miss

Rooms were both very clean. Good use of space eg sliding door to bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities. Very simple check in/ out. Very comfortable beds.

We were above the bar so it was a bit noisy,however after around 1am that ceased.

Quiet time. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Lack of a comfortable chair in the room. Would be welcome, if space allowed.

Clean comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good quality food and drink

The only minor gripe was when I came back that night, there were no teabags in the room. Otherwise I could couldn't complain about my stay.

Location was perfect for catching up with relatives in the area.

I was disappointed with the meal in the bar that evening. I had the salmon with mash potatoes and veg. The salmon and mash were very oily and the veg were very overcooked.
